I’m on a mission to Normalize Normal Bodies™, and help women find the courage to speak their truth and the confidence to love themselves at any size.
But it was a long road to get here. After surviving multiple eating disorders, trauma, and an abusive relationship, I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in the body you live in. To believe that if I could just hit that size and achieve that look, I’d ultimately feel good about myself and find the freedom I craved. Now I share my journey of how I finally learned how to love myself and my body, and I’m here to help you do the same.
The word “common” is often a synonym for words like normal, average, and ordinary. And for the majority ofour lives, we’ve been told that beauty isn’t normal—an anomaly that’s only reserved for the wealthy and powerful. But that’s not the case. Beauty is everywhere. You just have to own it.
That’s why I changed the “o” to an “e” so it’s Commen, with an emphasis on ME. Because that’s all it takes: showing up exactly as you are.
I hope you’re able to find a piece in this comfy collection that speaks to you, sparks joy, and gets you one step closer to owning your beauty.
I know you, your heart, and the things you crave so deeply. That’s why I promise to provide an inclusive, safe, and empowering place for you to grow, be yourself, and learn how to live with more ease.
It’s time to cut the bullsh*t from the fitness community
so you can finally get the truth. You’re beautiful exactly
as you are—no matter your size, weight, gender, sex, color, or shape. And you don't have to face this journey alone.
